We are proud to announce in conjunction with our Premier Guarantee System Approval, we have also achieved our eagerly awaited BOPAS Accreditation for our ‘ASA’ residential light gauge steel framed housing system.

BOPAS (Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme) provides assurance to the lending community that innovatively designed and constructed properties against which they may be lending, will deliver a consistent performance and stand the test of time for at least 60 years.

Our 2B4P (pair of semi’s) ‘show’ homes are currently under construction in our manufacturing facility. You will be able to see not only how the modules are constructed but also a finished house with a selection of external claddings, roof finishes, varying window and external door types complete with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

Over the coming months, we will begin to market our new ‘ASA Residential’ system. ‘ASA Residential’ has a strong meaning for us, it follows our corporate identity of ‘AR’ and the word ‘ASA’ translated into Latin means ‘Sanctuary’. This provides a foundation of strong meaning which our homes will represent and we will portray through our marketing material and campaign.

Our ‘Green’ status (approved) on the BOPAS website will allow you to also search our company details and approach us with the confidence our modern methods of construction system meets agreed lender criteria for mortgage and insurance purposes.

The M-AR - ‘ASA Residential’ light gauge steel framed system, is assessed under the following categories;

  • Designer,
  • Off-site Manufacturer
  • Constructor

The process of accreditation evaluates and facilitates the adoption of best practice by manufacturers and constructors in key performance areas such as risk management, competency management, configuration management, procurement management and process control at each stage of project development, through concept, design, off-site manufacture and on-site construction. A structured and systematic approach at each phase of the project life cycle ensures consistency and repeatability and the Accreditation Scheme requires this discipline to be adopted by organisations seeking accreditation and their supply chain partners. The assurance of repeatability, delivered through the accreditation process, will provide assurance to:

Asset valuers, mortgage valuers and surveyors providing for a more consistent through-life performance of the innovative systems/products and therefore reduced variability in asset value.

The provision of latent defect insurance, as any form of variability in the system or product warranted, introduces greater risk for the warrantor.

We, as the designer, manufacturer and constructor, we have been rigorously audited and approved to maintain the highest levels of quality assurance throughout the process and to ensure our construction systems are approved for integrity, durability and performance.

We are delighted to be one of only a handful of off-site contractors to be approved by BOPAS.
