As part of the Company’s growth strategy, we have strengthened the Management Team across the business and would like to welcome Ryan Geldard as our new Construction Manager, Gabriel Sikanku as our Senior Quantity Surveyor and Colin Egan in his new role of Pre-Construction Manager

 

Ryan Geldard -
Construction Manager:

Ryan has a first class BSc Hons degree in Construction Management and has recently received a National Award for his contribution to Health & Safety from one of the top 5 Main Contractors in the UK.

He has 8 years experience of working with one of the market leading Main Contractors, commencing his career as a Management Trainee he soon progressed up the corporate ladder from Site Manager to Senior Project Manager and more recently Head of Construction, assuming responsibility for all construction activities and project outcomes on schemes up to £18m.

Gabriel Sikanku -
Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial lead:

We have recently appointed Gabriel Sikanku into the business as Senior QS. Gabriel brings experience in project cost management and will be taking the commercial lead and responsibility for all projects across the business.

Gabriel has been a QS in the Construction industry for over 10 years. He has experience of projects ranging from £350k - £7m in varying market sectors which includes Schools, Hospitals and Affordable Housing. He has a very good understanding of NEC and JCT Design & Build Contracts and has been involved with varying forms of construction, which include, SIPS (structural insulated panel systems), timber-framed and traditional form of construction.


New Job Role:

Colin Egan -
Pre-Construction Manager:

Due to our continued growth and successful appointment of two prestigious Off-Site Modular Frameworks, these being Southern Modular Building Framework and the National LHC MB1 Framework, which has increased our Two Stage Tendering workload we have appointed Colin Egan as Pre-Construction Manager to lead the Pre-Construction Team.

Colin joined Module-AR in 2013 as a Project Manager progressing to Construction Manager where he has been employed in this senior position for the past 3 years. With an MCIOB (NVQ Level 7 Senior Construction Management) and an ONC Construction Science qualification coupled with his 20 years knowledge and experience of the Off-Site Construction Industry, he is a valuable asset to the business and our strategic growth plans for the future.

Colin has received an Employee of the year award (Innovation of the year winner) for the development of a safety cage (Working at Heights) and was the BLL Global Awards runner-up for the global individual partner of the year for a new protocol for Working at Heights.
