Health & Safety Policy
Company Policy for Health, Safety and Welfare Statement
Our approach is based on the identification and control of risks.
In recognition of the distinct benefits to be gained from providing a safe and healthy working environment, we provide and allocate appropriate levels of resource to ensure health and safety standards are maintained within the organisation. Module-AR Limited encourage a positive culture and our senior management team actively support this. The performance of individuals and the organisation is regularly monitored and continual improvements are made to improve our health and safety standards.
Adequate planning, monitoring and a continual review of our arrangements ensure the rigorous implementation of our policy standards.
Module-AR Limited ensure its work is carried out in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions and, all reasonably practicable measures, are taken to avoid risk to its employees, sub-contractors or any others who may be affected by our undertakings.
Management and Supervisory staff have full delegated responsibility for implementing the policy throughout the company and ensure that Health and Safety considerations are always given priority in planning and day-to-day supervision of work.
All employees and sub-contractors will co-operate with the Company and will ensure that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves or others.
We have appointed Lincsafe (Health and Safety) Ltd, as independent safety advisers. Our Safety Advisers regularly visit our premises to offer advice on the requirements of the statutory provisions and, to report on the general safety standards and implementation of our policy.
The organisation and arrangements for implementing the policy is made available at each site and workplace for specific reference by any employee or sub-contractor as required. The information contained within this policy is explained to all direct employees and brought to the attention of all sub-contract personnel.
